The Cash Men is owned and operated by Charles A. Cailliau and Daniel C. Botbol. Long term experience in business has taught us that trust is the most critical element in the business / client relationship. We work hard on building that trust from the moment we meet our clients to the day we close a transaction. 

In real estate transactions, people want to be treated fairly and they want to get the best offer for their asset. Our job is to accommodate that desire with expeditious service, respect, great communication and the best offer possible.

Charles A. Cailliau 

Charles has a lifetime of experience in business. At a young age of 20 Charles bought his first home/property. Over the next few years, he grew his real estate portfolio through hard work, smart negotiations and investment savvy. 

Since those early years, Charles has grown his assets to include local homes, property and commercial real estate. This experience gives Charles the edge in understanding and determining fair real estate valuations based on environment, location, condition and market. 

Charles also gained tremendous experience owning/operating a mortgage company and non real estate related businesses.. This all encompassing exposure to real estate and non real estate related businesses allowed Charles to gain the critical knowledge and experience needed to operate The Cash Men and other related businesses. 

Daniel C. Botbol

Daniel is an entrepreneur/businessman that prides himself on doing business with integrity. In his early years, Daniel was a principal in a tech start up that eventually grew into a significant, long term partnership with AT&T. Since then, Daniel has operated new start ups in multiple business arenas… Human Resources, e-commerce and more. 

Daniel’s real estate experience comes from sales and resale of properties in Costa Rica, over a 17 year period, in addition to local transactions. A clear understanding of buyer/seller needs/requirements comes from a combination of experience, knowledge and a unique ability to bring opportunities to fruition.
