Question:
If you’re interested in buying my asset, will you specifically be buying it?
Answer:
In most cases, we (The Cash Men) will be buying your asset. In some cases, we may find you another buyer, depending on the situation. Obviously, our goal is to offer a fair price on your asset, while also meeting the objective of getting cash in your hands quickly. We want the typical transaction to be a Win/Win scenario for all. We don’t list your property in the MLS, so agent commissions will not be part of any transaction. Typical agent fees run between 3-6%, so transaction saving can be substantial.
Question:
Do I have to fix up my asset or spend any money to get it up to par/prepared for sale?
Answer:
No! When we buy a property, we buy it “as is” , unless we discuss/agree to terms, otherwise.
Question:
How do you make an offer and how long does it take?
Answer:
We make cash offers. This means we can make dollars associated with a transaction available quickly when we have a formal, signed contract in hand. Once we’ve seen your asset, we can typically make an offer within 24 hours. It’s not unusual, however, for us to make an offer on the spot. When we understand the nuances of your particular situation we can make our best/fairest offer, immediately.
Question:
Am I obligated in any way to do business with The Cash Men?
Answer:
No, you’re not obligated to do business with us up and until we have a signed agreement. We’ll always do our best to offer gracious, knowledgeable, wise assistance, even if it does not result in an eventual close. That’s our job!
Question:
How quickly can we close on an offer?
Answer:
Some closings can happens within days. It typically depends on the complications associated with the transaction, rather than availability of the parties involved. Assuming that we can get all the right pieces in all the right places, its fair to assume that days is a reasonable expectation. We normally set the closing date with the title company, but we are also willing to close at your convenience.
